On the one hand, Froch is the kind of guy Kessler normally eats for breakfast. On the other hand, Kessler has now had two tough losses, and while Calzaghe and Ward were just the wrong style for him and Froch is not, how damaged is Mikkel now? He'll need to start strong and early, because like Ali said Froch will look to come on strong down the stretch. If Kessler has any self-doubt, and it becomes a battle of will ... well, I'll take Froch in that department any time. Froch has neither. He has the punchers chance that's it. Kessler will be the quicker guy in this battle. I admire Froch's toughness for sure but Taylor knocked him down and he was rocked badly by Dirrell, who isn't a big puncher and rarely puts mustard on his power shots preferring to constantly move. On top of that, Froch will stay right in front of Kessler, a perfect elixer for a guy that had trouble with Ward's excellent footwork Saturday. I think Kessler easily wins by decision OR stops Froch late. Just my opinion ali. One of the keys to me last night was Ward's relentlessness, including out of the clinches. I thought it was strange for Kessler to complain about holding when Andre was the one fighting his way out of the clinches. I picked Ward to win because I thought his hand speed would be decisive and because I wasn't sure Kessler is still Kessler. Froch-Kessler is interesting now: Froch will be happy, as Ali says, not to face a runner, but Kessler has now lost to two guys with fast hands who throw a lot of punches, neither of which applies to Froch.
